This Privacy Policy explains how aiaccounting.cloud («we», «the Service») handles your information.

1. Information we collect

Chat content. Messages you send to the AI assistant are processed to generate responses and improve service quality. Do not include full bank account or card numbers, Social Security numbers, EINs, or other sensitive financial identifiers you would not share outside a secure setting.
Account and billing data. Email address and payment details if you purchase a subscription (payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store full card numbers).
Technical data. IP address, browser type, pages visited, and cookies used for analytics (Google Analytics) and site functionality.

2. How we use information

To operate and improve the Service, provide AI responses, process payments, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

Data may be shared with AI model providers (to generate responses), payment processors, and analytics providers — each only to the extent needed to provide the Service, and under their own privacy safeguards.

4. Retention and your rights

We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes above. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at privacy@aiaccounting.cloud. Where GDPR/CCPA applies, you also have the right to object to processing and to data portability.

5. Cookies

You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some features may stop working correctly.

6. Important notice

Conversations with the AI assistant are not a substitute for professional accounting or tax advice, and are not covered by any accountant-client or attorney-client privilege. The Service is not an accounting or tax firm.
